One link is free. Forever.

A booking page of your own costs nothing and always will. The paid plans buy three things: the embed for a website you already have, room to grow past one resource and two booking types, and a second form for the people who want to ask before they book.

MangoBook is in beta

Nothing is charged today and no card is taken anywhere. There is no checkout in the product yet. Sign up, build a booking link, take real bookings — it costs nothing and there is no trial running out behind you.

The limits below are the plans as they will be when billing opens. None of them is switched on yet, so today every account behaves like Business. We will say so here, and write to the address on your account, before that changes — and an account that stays on Free keeps its booking link.

    $26.99/month

A floor plan that will not fit in a single resource, more things a customer can ask for than two, or work that gets quoted before it gets booked.

    • Everything in Personal

    • The enquiry form — a message box beside the booking form on your own site, with its own questions
    • Unlimited bookings

Prices are in Canadian dollars, per account, per month. There is no per-seat charge and no fee per booking: staff you share a booking link with cost nothing, and a busy month costs the same as a quiet one.

A resource is a thing that can be booked — table seven, Nadia, a studio with twelve mats. A booking type is what a customer may ask of it — dinner for one to ten, a thirty-minute intro call, a class seat. Every plan includes one booking link at mangobook.net/your-name, which is why it is not a row above: it is the same on Free as it is on Business.

That link is live when you publish it. A new one starts dark so that nobody books a room you are still laying out, it needs one resource and one booking type before it will go live, and you can take it down again whenever you like — a closure, a refurbishment, a quiet season. Unpublishing is never refused and never touches a booking already in the diary.

The enquiry form is a second form beside the booking form on your own website: name, a way to reply, a message, and any questions you want to add. A switch at the top moves between the two and the card turns over. It is for work that gets quoted before it gets booked — a wedding, a kitchen, a shoot — where the first thing a customer wants is an answer rather than a slot. Messages arrive in the console beside the diary.

It lives on the embed, which is why Free shows a no above: not a second limit, just the one it already has. Your booking link at mangobook.net/your-name stays a booking form on every plan — it is an address people are given in order to book, and your own site is where “get in touch” belongs.

02

What no plan includes

These are missing from the product, not held back for a higher tier. Paying will not unlock any of them, and if one of them is what you need, MangoBook is the wrong choice today rather than the wrong plan.

  • Payments and deposits

A booking type can carry a price and the customer is shown it, but nothing collects it. There is no card capture, no deposit and no no-show fee anywhere in MangoBook.

  • Email and SMS

None at all — no confirmations, no reminders, no password reset. Bookings appear in the console and in a calendar feed you can subscribe to, and that is how anyone learns about them. The same is true of enquiries: a message waits in the console with a count beside it, and nothing emails you to say it arrived.

  • Recurring bookings

Every booking is a single window of time. A standing Tuesday appointment has to be made week by week.

  • A notification when you share access

Giving someone access by email address works, and applies the moment they sign up — but nothing tells them. You have to send them the link yourself.

03

Why it costs this little

Booking software in this category is generally priced per seat, per location, or per cover — which is priced for guest CRM, POS integration and marketing automation. MangoBook has none of that. It takes bookings, and charging CRM money for a booking engine would be charging for software we have not written.

So the price is deliberately under the market and flat: one account, one number, however many staff you share it with and however busy the month turns out to be. What it has to be worth is one thing — that the link works at seven on a Saturday and never sells the same table twice.

Pick a slug, describe what can be booked, and share the page. No card, no trial clock, and nothing to cancel if you decide against it.
